The short answer
What gender-affirming aesthetics means here
Whatever your gender, the clinic offers treatments that soften or strengthen specific features of the face. Feminising and masculinising work uses the same MHRA-licensed anti-wrinkle injections and hyaluronic acid fillers used elsewhere in the practice, but the plan, the doses and the order of treatments follow your goals. The aim is to help you feel closer to the person you see in the mirror.
With the support of Prollenium UK, transgender patients can get reduced rates on specific treatments; please ask at your consultation. Dr Oli sees gender-affirming patients at UNTIL Soho.

Facial feminisation and masculinisation in Soho
Non-surgical facial feminisation
Feminising treatment combines small changes that each look subtle but together give the face a more typically feminine shape. Anti-wrinkle injections at the outer brow lift and arch it, and jaw slimming narrows a square jaw. Filler plumps the cheeks, adds fullness to the lips and softens a square chin. Non-surgical rhinoplasty lifts the tip of the nose. Treatment is staged over several sessions, so nothing has to happen at once.
Non-surgical facial masculinisation
Masculinising treatment shifts the face in the other direction. Anti-wrinkle injections can straighten an arched brow. Filler placed high and wide on the cheeks gives sharper structure, and precise lip filler flattens the cupid's bow. Filler along the angle and line of the jaw builds a stronger jawline, and chin filler gives a more chiselled chin. Non-surgical rhinoplasty can add a subtle bump or straighten the bridge of the nose.
How treatment is planned
Every gender-affirming plan starts with a paid £50 consultation focused on your goals: how you want to look, what timeframe feels right and in what order changes should happen. You get photos (with your consent), an analysis of your facial proportions and a written, costed plan. There is no pressure to go ahead, and many patients take the plan home and come back when they are ready.
Staged treatment and safety
Staged treatment is encouraged for two reasons. Filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if a result does not feel right, but it is easier to add than to reverse. Visible change can also take time to get used to, so many patients prefer it to build over months. Hyaluronidase is kept on site, and Dr Oli is a member of the Aesthetics Complications Experts Group.
Gender-affirming treatment can help to:
Soften your features for a more feminine look
Small changes to the brow, cheeks, lips, jaw, chin and nose that together give a softer, more typically feminine shape.
Strengthen your features for a more masculine look
Filler and anti-wrinkle injections placed for a straighter brow, sharper cheeks, a stronger jaw and a more defined chin.
Build change at a pace that suits you
Treatment is usually staged over 2 to 4 sessions across 3 to 6 months, so you can get used to each change before the next.
Work alongside HRT
If you are on HRT, your plan can start with anti-wrinkle treatment, which wears off, and add filler once HRT changes have settled.
Gender-affirming treatment from consultation to aftercare
Every gender-affirming plan starts with a consultation focused on your goals. You leave with a written, costed plan and no need to decide on the day.
Consultation.
A £50 consultation covers your goals, photos (with your consent), an analysis of your facial proportions and a written, costed plan. You are welcome to bring a partner or friend.
Preparation.
Avoid ibuprofen, aspirin, vitamin E, fish oil and alcohol for 24 to 48 hours before treatment. Bring reference photos if they help, and a list of any HRT or other medicines.
Staged treatment.
Most patients have 2 to 4 sessions over 3 to 6 months. Each session builds on the last, and photos at every visit record the change.
Aftercare.
Aftercare follows the treatment used. The anti-wrinkle and dermal filler pages give the details for each area.
Two-week review.
The 2-week review matters most after your first treatment, because adjusting the dose or placement is often part of finding the look that feels right.
Boundaries of practice
What's not treated
Good practice means saying no when indicated:
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- A skin infection where the injections would go
- Body dysmorphic disorder, or expectations that treatment cannot meet, found at consultation
- A severe untreated mental health condition that would prevent informed consent
- The specific reasons not to have the underlying treatment (see the anti-wrinkle and dermal filler pages)
Choose your direction
Feminising
Small changes that each look subtle but together give the face a more typically feminine shape.
Masculinising
The same treatments used in the other direction, to give the face sharper lines and a stronger structure.

FAQ
Gender-affirming aesthetics FAQs
Do I have to be transgender to access this treatment?
No. Gender-affirming treatment at Dr Oli Aesthetics is open to anyone whose goals point that way, cisgender or transgender. Many cisgender patients want a more masculine or feminine facial shape, and these techniques are designed for exactly that. The Prollenium UK reduced rate is for transgender patients on certain treatments and is applied at consultation.
How is gender-affirming treatment different from standard aesthetic treatment?
The products are the same, but the plan is different. At Dr Oli Aesthetics, gender-affirming treatment uses the same MHRA-licensed anti-wrinkle injections and hyaluronic acid fillers, planned to shift facial proportions in a more masculine or feminine direction. That often means different target areas, such as the outer brow, the angle of the jaw and the chin.
How quickly will I see change?
At Dr Oli Aesthetics, filler changes to the cheeks, lips, jaw, chin or nose show straight away, with swelling that settles over 7 to 14 days. Anti-wrinkle changes, such as a brow lift or jaw slimming, develop over 5 to 14 days. Most patients have 2 to 4 sessions over 3 to 6 months, each building on the last.
Is HRT relevant to aesthetic treatment timing?
Sometimes. HRT changes the face on its own over months and years, so at Dr Oli Aesthetics some transgender patients start with anti-wrinkle treatment, which wears off and can be reviewed every 3 to 4 months. Filler to change structure can follow once HRT changes have settled. Dr Oli discusses timing at your planning consultation.
What about safety?
The same safety standards apply to every patient at Dr Oli Aesthetics. Hyaluronidase is kept on site to dissolve filler straight away if needed. Dr Oli is a member of the Aesthetics Complications Experts Group and has surgical anatomy training (MRCS), which matters in higher-risk areas such as the nose, jawline and under the eyes.
Can I bring a partner or friend?
Yes. Many patients bring a partner or friend to their planning consultation at Dr Oli Aesthetics, because a second view helps with a personal change. The clinic is private and judgement-free, and everyone in the room signs a confidentiality note before the session starts. You are welcome to bring someone to the treatment appointment too.
