Whether you are cisgender or transgender, we offer a range of treatments aimed at sculpting the face to soften or strengthen certain facial features. These methods of feminising or masculinising the face are aimed at helping you to identify more closely with the person you see in the mirror. Whether you are looking for a more chiseled look or you prefer a softer profile, our techniques result in subtle changes that make a big difference.

Feminising Treatments

  • Chemical Brow Lift

Alter the shape of the eyebrows and slim the brow with a chemical brow lift. Designed to relax the the middle and outer eyebrow, arching the eyebrow opens up the eyes and lifts the upper face.

  • Plumped Cheeks

This technique increases the volume in the “apple” of the cheeks providing a plumping, rejuvenating effect. This technique softens the mid-face while reducing wrinkles around the lips and nose.

  • Fuller Lips

Subtle volume enhancements to the lip can gently pout the lips and accentuate the Cupid’s Bow, while improving moisture retention on the lip surface.

  • Angular Jawline

Soften the jawline by reducing and lifting the angle of the jaw to create a slimmer shape to the face. This draws focus towards the chin, helping slim and define the lower face.

  • Rounder Chin

Round off the chin to balance the lips with the frame of the face creating a softer, less angular profile.

  • The Pixie Nose

Using dermal filler in the nose can lift the tip, helping the nose appear slimmer while accentuating the upper lip. Strategically placed toxin treatments can reduce nasal droop, especially when smiling.

Masculinising Treatments

  • Brow Straightening

Toxin treatments can reduce arching of the eyebrow, and can be combined with frontal filler to create a stronger upper face appearance.

  • Angular Cheeks

Create a sharper cheek bone to give the effect of a more ‘chiselled’ mid-face.

  • The Stiff Upper Lip

Lip filler can be used to straighten and re-balance the lips. This reduces the ‘M-Shaped smile’, classical of the ‘feminine’ lip.

  • Strong Jawline

Jawline filler can create a fuller, broader and squarer frame of the face.

  • Chiseled chin with/without dimple

Can be used to square the front of the chin. A central chin dimple can also be created.

  • The Roman Nose

This technique can make the nose appear larger and reduce the angle between the lip and nasal tip. This strengthens both the front and side profile of the nose.
